World Scouting priority area working group for 2011-2014 "21st century leadership" launched a discussion paper recently on leadership development in Scouting. This workspace focused aspects of leadership development for young Scouts to the education of adult Scout leaders on the program "Youth", is another important aspect of the Scout movement. The Working Group "21st century leadership" has a campaign with the title discussion started days to 6 major areas from the discussion paper. The days of discussion are currently on their Facebook page (www.facebook.com/21stcl) of 27 June and will continue until 2 July 2013 invites everyone to contribute to this important area of World Scouting work for this three-year period.
