Mr. Martinellli said: : "I was a cub scout but I always was interesting in become a scout. I am very happy, I never thought I would have the opportunity to be scout and now you make me honorary member, thanks for this recognition"
Mrs. Chinchilla said: "My dear friend, President I think never ever in your life you will rise so fast in any area. Being cub scout and now Honorary member and Honoray President"
A big laugh and applauses invaded the National Museum
Was a significant event for all the Association and a special moment because we was celebrating the anniversary of the abolition of the army in Costa Rica. Costa Rica and Panama are the only countries in the world that share borders and have no army.Costa Rica did not have since 1948 and Panama since 20 years ago!
